•    Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice. If you need professional medical care, consult a licensed healthcare provider.
•    We do not guarantee specific results. Coaching is a collaborative process, and outcomes depend on your personal effort and circumstances.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy
•    Sessions must be booked in advance.
•    Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24-hour notice; otherwise, the session may be forfeited.
•    Refunds are not provided for completed services or services that are not completed for any reason. 

4. Payments & Pricing
•    Complete payment is required before the package begins. 
•    Prices are subject to change, but existing clients will be notified in advance.
•    We use secure third-party payment providers and do not store payment information.

5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided (guides, worksheets, videos, etc.) are for personal use only and may not be distributed, copied, or resold without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services. You agree to participate in coaching sessions at your own discretion.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or legal proceedings in Mumbai.

8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
