Hello! I’m a holistic healer deeply passionate about supporting women through menopause because I’ve been there myself. I know firsthand the emotional, physical, and psychological challenges that come with this transition—the mood swings, the exhaustion, the anxiety, and the sense of uncertainty. But I also discovered that menopause can be a transformative journey—one of self-discovery, renewal, and empowerment.


Through my personal experience and years of expertise, I have developed a unique approach that blends nutrition, music therapy, mudra yoga, su-jok therapy, and mind programming to help women regain balance, vitality, and joy. My mission is to provide compassionate, personalized coaching that empowers you with the tools and confidence to navigate menopause with ease and resilience.


I believe that every woman deserves to feel strong, radiant, and deeply connected to herself during this phase of life.
