    Menopause coaching provides personalized support to help women navigate the physical, emotional, and mental challenges of menopause. Through one-on-one sessions, we explore lifestyle changes, stress management, mindset shifts, and holistic healing approaches to help you thrive during this transition.
  • Who can benefit from menopause coaching?
    Any woman around 35 years or above going through perimenopause, menopause, or post menopause who wants to manage symptoms, improve well-being, and embrace this stage of life with confidence can benefit from coaching.
  • What types of coaching do you offer?
    I offer virtual 1:1 coaching and virtual or live corporate programs
  • What results can I expect from coaching?
    Every woman’s journey is unique, but common outcomes include reduced stress, better symptom management, weight management, improved sleep, increased confidence, a more positive outlook on aging.
  • How long does it take to see results?
    Many clients start to notice positive changes within a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing coaching over several months. The timeline depends on your individual needs and goals, your determination and consistency.
  • What happens during a coaching session?
    Sessions are personalized and may include guided conversations, mindfulness techniques, nutrition and lifestyle discussions, stress management strategies, and goal-setting exercises to help you feel more in control of your menopause experience.
  • How long are the sessions?
    Sessions typically last between 45 minutes to an hour.
  • How often do we meet?
    One onboarding session followed by 3 follow up during a 3 months program
  • Do you offer in-person, phone, or virtual coaching?
    I offer virtual coaching via video calls, phone sessions
  • Can I try a session before committing to a package?
    Yes! I offer a complementary discovery session where we can discuss your needs, goals, and how coaching can help you.
